Tutorial on using the ETS for MetaStock Explorer

Running the MetaStock Explorer with ETS System is an efficient and exciting way to find new ETS buy and sell signals each day. 

First, from the Tools menu, select The Explorer.  Then select/highlight both ETS Explorations.  Please note that if you wish to change the date of the Exploration,  you must Edit one Exploration at a time as noted below.  Add the securities you wish to test and click OK.   The Exploration will run in depending on the number of securities you selected and could take a few seconds to several minutes or more to complete the Exploration Report.  Once the report is created, you can view the securities that have been by the ETS Long or Short Explorations and then simply click the Open Chart button and this will bring you to the chart with the corresponding ETS signal on it as shown below.

To run the Explorer for a different date other than the current date, select one of the ETS Long or Short Explorers at a time, then click Edit, then Cancel to the window that asks for a password to bypass this message, then click Options in the Exploration Editor Box - you can then change the date for which you would have run the Explorer - and see what signals were/would have been generated on that date.
